The form

One line, three languages.

The German text stays exactly as the official form has it. Korean and English explain what the line is asking. These are written and maintained, not machine translated.

That way documents leave the building in German, while the screen stays readable inside it.

Terminology

German terms stay in German.

Anything you will meet on a tax office letter or in a call with your adviser keeps its German name, with the English term in front of it.

VAT

Input VAT (Vorsteuer)

Output VAT is Umsatzsteuer. The same wording carries through account mapping and the return.

Net and gross (Netto · Brutto)

German contract wording is kept as it appears on the paperwork.

E-Bilanz

Mandatory field (Mussfeld)
